He was a drummer who got killed under unfortunate circumstances, just like every soldier who loses their lives.
He deserves all the respect in Britain, but he doesn't need a state funeral, he doesn't have any right over any other soldier, simply because it happened in this country doesn't make him special.
Soldiers die in Iraq all the time for the same reason he did, do they get state funerals?

If anything, it would be an insult to every soldier who has died to give him a state funeral.

The mean reason why Muslims don't like us is because we started war in their land..
Us Americans killed their families, their friends, and some of them were abuse by Americans, like example most women that are Muslims Were Abused and raped by Americans..
And the other main Reason why went to war is because Our Ex President Bush was a F**king Joke and just want to go to war for oil not for the attack that happend to 9/11.. If you see his reaction when he was told the twin towers fell... He basically didn't care ... I think he'd be sickened if the government spent money on a state funeral for him, rather than the money going to his comerades.

Also, what makes him different to all those who have died in war, or because of terrorist attacks, or simply other murder victims?

Who know's what he did well he was on tour, maybe he killed families. So no in my opinion

I Agree with Novel. But Raybans you do need to do your research and look up the definition of "State Funeral".
