Just checked Fifa's / EA sports twitter and they have confirmed the next fifa 14 will be relised on:

Xbox 360, Ps3, Pc, Xbox one and Ps4 (Later dates)
I wonder if this will work or not, having fifa on stacks of consoles, and wonder if you can only play Xbox one vs Xbox one, or the 360 vs Xbox one. Don't know yet
