Thanks for who ever helped previously, I have took your recommendation and decided to use that processor. I'm just going to ask for one last piece of help and ask if these components will work together, here is the list:
-MSI 990XA-GD55 AMD FX ATX Motherboard - CrossFireX/SLI Ready
-FX-8320 BLACK EDITION - 3.5 GHZ - SOCKET AM3+
-Kingston 1600MHz DDR3 Non ECC CL9 8GB Kit (2x 4GB) HyperX BLU XMP DIMM Memory Module
-Radeon HD 7850 OC - 2 GB GDDR5 - PCI-Express 3.0 (AMD-7850 OC)
-LiteOn IHOS104 SATA Blu-Ray Optical Drive | OEM
Once again thanks for the previous help, and if this works or doesnt work together as a configuration can you let me know obviously in the comments.

The processor and the motherboard won't work. The AMD A6 5400K has a FM2 socket and the motherboard has either a AM3+ or AM3.
Advice: Buy a new processor (AMD FX-8320) and new motherboard(Asrock extreme4) then your build will be compatible.

Not only that but there would be a ridiculous bottleneck because of the CPU power compared to the GPU power, really unbalanced system.

It's not compatible, and even if it was, it wouldn't be a very good buy. You've got a very unbalanced system - plus you're using an APU.
What country are you in so I can give you a better idea of what you can get for your money. When you reply, I'll edit this post.

If you're willing to help Viscous that would be great. I live in the UK but hopefully the new configuration I have thought out should be compatible, but as you probably guessed im looking for a good gaming PC but I have to purchase the components and build the PC just to save a little bit of money. I know its difficult on this budget but anywhere between 350 and 500 is good but if you give me a list of parts I'm sure I can find some places on the internet that sell them cheap, thanks.

Sorry I haven't got back any quicker. I've been really busy the last few days with packing and stuff - moving back to the UK after 6 years.
500 GBP will get you a very capable build - I didn't spend any more than that, and with the crazy price drops at the moment. Your build will work together, but there are better components for the price.

On this configuration can i still put in the Blu-ray optical drive, I was intending on using that to install older games and to play some of my blu-ray discs on?

You can definitely put a blu ray drive in there. However if you may be able to get hold of the games on the internet, then use the product key.
You can also download the films from the internet, which isn't illegal if you physically own the disc.
