depends on the adc. sona is really strong right now. one of the highest pick/ban rates of this year of diamond/challenger tier and this seasons lcs. she has high poke and one of the best ultimates as a support. another amazingly strong one is thresh. thresh is freqeuntly banned in higher elos, and even lower elos. just going done watching Korea vs Na in the all-stars, the plays that thresh can pull off is ridiculous. But again, it all comes down to your carry, and your playstyle.
