do you think microsoft will care about jtags and enforcing them after the one comes out?

What do you think... it's not a hard question to rationalize.

Are they turning the servers off? No. Are people still going to use the Xbox 360? Yes.

So obviously the answer is yes, they'll continue to care.

Yes. Just because the Xbox one comes out, does not mean they disregard the other console.

yes because if the servers dont go off them then will still care and monitor it

I assume that yes they will. But they may loosen up a little about it. As soon as the "One" comes out I reckon there is going to be a few people trying to JTAG it.
