i see alot of youtube channels have partnerships without any views and like only a 100 subs

how do they do that?????? ._.

by sponsorships i presume you mean partnerships?
there is networks such as "awesomenessTV" which pretty much accept anyone, or people upload videos , put them on private then boost up to 301- delete and repeat.
To get their subs they typically do sub 4 sub
