You will probably have to return it to where you bought it from

Brawny wrote I would say you may find better luck returning it where you bought it because they may recognize you. If you have the receipt it shouldn't be a big deal returning it to any GameStop. Though, they may question you, asking why you didn't check it when you got it, etc. I just personally think you may have an easier time returning it to the store you bought it from because they might remember you when you bought it.

You are a genius! You took the words right out of my mouth!

Same thing happened to me with the exact game. Just return it back with the receipt & they should replace it with a working one.

Usually they will ask you to bring it back to the store you purchased it from .I don't know why they do this maybe because of stock control anyways as long as you've got receipt any game stop should be fine.but they will only allow you to exchange it for a new copy of a pre-used game.
