As soon as I start the mod's my clan tag automatically sets itself to 3arc. Sometimes it sets itself to IW aswell.

Not necessarily. If you are not host you will still be able to spawn all guns in, but thats about it.

If you are host however, you can modify gravity, speed, time flow, all sorts.

i just got banned in the middle of the game along with everyone in with me and the sad thing is they were innnocent and now they or me cannot play but that was my dummie so its all cooh

All those of you claiming you've been banned, do you actually get something pop up saying "You have been banned"?

I have experienced an issue a few times after hosting a few sessions in a go, where it will be stuck on "Loading" or "Connecting" forever and just will not connect. For me, switching between ethernet and Wifi fixes this, so I would imagine a console reset would fix the problem for you also.

I have been hosting these lobbies at least 5 times a day since my first post on this thread and have not been banned.

No literally out of nowhere i was modding for some ppl and then boom i get kicked back into the main menu(zombies campaign multiplayer) whenever i click Xbox live zombies without even trying it pops up saying servers are down and apparently ppl doing the xp hack are having the same problem so i would thing a ban wave just happened today.

If it tells you that "Servers are down" it means there is a connection issue. If you have been banned, it will explicitly tell you so and give you a link to the Black Ops 1 Security & Enforcement / Code of Conduct policies.
