Ok so this will be for PC at first but if we can get it looking great then i can get it published on xbox360 and PS3...
we will split the money but i only want another 3 people so I'm gonna pick very wisely... as i only want a small team!

ill be doing everything... and once we got the team we are gonna discuss ideas n get to knwo each other more n that... and we can start on the game in a couple of days... we will probably have 1-2 creating the map and the others doing textures , buildings etc.
then we will bring it altogether so we got the map fully done then one person will creat charchters ( which takes time also) while the other's work on graphics etc.
then we will bring most of it together again then we can start making the gameplay. civilains , vehicles etc.
............

i would like to form a team that where all 4 of us are decent at everything but some things are our strong point or close to that you know what i mean... WE ONLY NEED ANOTHER 2 MEMBERS

You obviously have no idea what your doing because you don't start on the textures and models right away. You need to develop a core to run the game first. Then should you get textures and models done.
And this is another one of those projects that won't go far because not only does the community that joins not know enough to make a game but neither does the project leader.

NO I dint type them in order! i typed them in at random and yes i know a lil bit of everything so i can help with everything.... i got my team n we have got the ideas done we are now onto how the game goes n everything... and it will go far... your obviously just jealous or have failed trying! BUT DUDE NEVER GIVE UP! if you try hard enough you can manage to d alot of things you never thought you could do!
