I really enjoyed TBOGT and I wonder will we see Niko Luis ect, In GTA V. Any thoughts?

I doubt that we will see any playable characters from GTA4. However, i heard that some character will be making a special appearance in the new one.

For the DLC, i just think that they will add in different locations that is close to California. So, the any characters can simply fly to the location.

There's not much chance of seeing any characters that we've seen before (apart from characters featured in San Andreas of course) because Rockstar generally go for very diverse storylines so that it doesn't get repetitive, the only idea that stays the same every game is the core mechanics and ideas of the game, they bring a new background in every time.

As for DLC, considering the new gaming demographic and the way that everything is presented online, the chances are that there will be a few add ons, purely because they know that they can make money off them and that they can do a good job.
