Need help with MW3 Asap

Hey guys So me and my buddy are online with MW3, And the problem is that when ever someone try's to connect to him when he start's up a game it gives everyone except him this error
"Couldn't connect to server because the data is incompatible"
Who ever helps will be getting in the lobby as well.

is he on the latest title update.i have some good mw3 tool if he want to try them

We are able to connect to each other, Now none of the tool's will work. The only one that works is the public rape tool.

has he got windows 7 or 8 as his operating system as i had to upgrade for windows xp to windows 8 so i could run all the tools.

He is...The error just keeps coming back. He has windows 7 as well.
