Torrent MW2 as you normally would, then proceed to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and download IW4M. You need to make an account there, so do that while it's installing. You can find further instructions and help on the forums there, but it should be pretty straight forward.

Just buy the game, if you really need to just go into a game shop and it will be like 7 pounds or like $12
