I have pacey players, but my play style is far from pace-abuse.

You can have high pace players, doesn't mean they are sweaty teams. Is speed an advantage in some instances, yes, however you can defend against the pace in several different ways. I've combated this by having ALL of my defenders with a High defensive work-rate and a medium or low attacking.

You can also out-pace someone if you want which is why I have several high-paced players.

I have a team with pace if I need to use it at all, but I also have great work-rates for success.
