I have a silver account that used to be my main. I bought a bunch of stuff on it, games, DLC....about $300-$500(not kidding) worth of content downloaded from the marketplace. From time to time one of my IRL friends will get on the account and download something like Bioshock, Fallout, or MW2. They've all done license transfers over the course of the last four years and we have never had a problem, except for when we hit the yearly license transfer limit.

Yea you can be console banned or profile banned and in the worse cases fined if u do it so much thats why ive only done it twice for mw3 maps and minecraft xbox edition

Na get your facts right i transfered for DLC once and got console and profile banned, so just went out a got a new xbox and made a new profile. was annouyed at first as i had 500+ worth of dlc on there, owell you learn from your mistakes.
