But seriously OP there isn't one on Tu7/Tu8 although I have thought about recreating it with a dll im just too lazy to try to figure out the stat editors like adding whatever you want and shiz.

That's for TU6?
He wants a TU7/8?
You can either
A.) Remake the whole menu from scratch in a dll
B.) Try and get the source from the MW3 Version and change some of the player state offsets etc..

In the last couple of weeks he manged to get it to work so people could connect only at first he could do recovery.

No one was ever able to join. If you have your jtag online and launch mw2 on tu6 through neighborhood, it won't disconnect you. You can use tu6 menu's if your jtag/rgh is online but no-one can connect to you.

A tree patch was not made for TU7, nor did I "fix" it to work on TU7.

Due to changes in the MW2 engine, it isn't possible for it to work.
