I want to know if this computer would easily play games and what games am i looking at running smoothly with it.
Here are the specs...

Processor (CPU)

AMD A10-5800K Quad Core APU (3.8GHz) & Radeon HD 7660D Graphics

ASUS F2A85-M: (M-ATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, 6Gb/s)
Memory (RAM)

16GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (2 X 8GB)
Graphics Card

2GB AMD RADEON HD7870 - DVI,HDMI,2 mDP - DX 11, Eyefinity 4 Capable
Memory - 1st Hard Disk

1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)

Anything. Yes it is good, the A10 5800k is better than people think, i have one, but you dont need 16 gb of ram for gaming get 8 intead and dont get a micro atx board get a standard ATX board something like the AsRock FM2A75 pro4 its very good i have one

what kind of games could i play on high settings? or even ultra high. I want to try and customise so i have a cheap price but a killer gaming pc

You only need 8GB of RAM, get a better processor (3570K, 3770K, 3220, 8350, 6200).

Graphics card is fine but if you have the money that's what you upgrade first.
