Whenever you suggest a build you forget to add the Operating System, you should also build it under the United Kingdom setting, because some things are unavailable in different countries with varying prices and offers.

I told you before, I don't include an operating system unless its requested.

Most people already have an OS or will just torrent one.

You shouldn't torrent operating systems, it's not good for security and it's illegal. You can't expect that most people want it excluded because they probably don't.

But if they forget it because he leaves it out, they probably shouldn't be building computers anyway.

I wasn't necessarily saying that they would forget it, but if they did intend to buy and operating system then they'd have to go $100 over budget, never mind.
