okay firstly my internet connection will work for about 2 minutes then it will say limited accses for about 1 minute then it will go back to normal them limited acces again.
it keeps on reapeting so can someone tell how to fix it,

Call your ISP. If you cables are old they may be the problem. If the modem is new it might be faulty. Best thing to do is call the isp, they can either help over the phone or send out a technician
