Most DLC Take around 30-45 minutes for me i guess it depends how your hard drive handles it xD

It's a download, depends on how fast your internet connection is, just give it time.

how will it download if your xbox is off?

I think it's around 1.7G's or something like that so it might take a while depending on your internet speed.

shouldn't take long its 1.73 GB took me around 10-20 mins

Just make sure all non-needed devices are not connected to your wi-fi.

(Personally with VQ that I have and an average connection took me 15 minutes or so)
