Chieftain wrote Lucid dreams are one of the greatest things I know. The feeling I get when I awake is amazing. However, recently I've been getting sleep paralysis quite a lot, would you happen to know much about it?

I actually know a nice amount of info about it, you may want to see your doctor. He can prescribe you medication that can help. Or, just try to die down on stress and exercise more.

TrueVersionHD wrote Ive only ever had two lucid dreams in my lifetime, i have no idea how - they just happen randomly I guess? But theyre amazing, the first lucid dream I had I flew across New York like superman, then tried to have aexual intercourse with Megan Fox but sadly I woke up:(, and the 2nd lucid dream was weird, I woke up in my dream in my bedroom and fell into a sleep paralysis, basically I was asleep but dreaming I was in my bed, I couldnt move and I could see a dark figure standing over me .. Scary stuff tbh, but after I managed to get out of the sleep paralysis by telling myself its a dream ... I then **** megan fox. Was well worth it, would love to have another lucid dream haha
the same thing happened to me (the second one) but instead of one dark figure I saw like 5 surrounding me while everything outside was burning to the ground. I then saw that the figures were elderly people with canes and walkers moaning and randomly screaming at me. Then I convinced myself so much that I was dreaming that I woke up... Pretty freaky.

This is not scientifically verified. There is no such test that can accurately measure what a person is thinking. During sleep your brain is still active, some stages more than others. Tapping into a dream would be almost equivalent to viewing a person's thoughts. This is like saying psychoanalysis is scientifically proven. Though, it may be an interesting concept and have some plausible effectiveness, it simply can't be proven at the moment.

Then perhaps you should try it then. It's worth it.

I have lucid dreamed before, hard to do as others have stated, but it's really fun and cool. I think this thread should be stickied as it's really helpful and cool.
