I just did the mission for the bane, and im lvl 61 but i only got one in lvl 58! My friend also got it in lvl 58 when he was in lvl 61, so i think its only exist in lvl 58!

Srsly.
I just traded one for a Level 61 Invader a couple hours ago. Sorry
It does exist, but you need 4 people in the game to get it.
