So I have a easycap capture card, I record with power director by cyberlink...I edit with Vegas and when I upload my videos to YouTube...the video isn't full screen...if you need to ... Look at my videos (YouTube.com/ToXiCCModz) please someone help me! Thanks!

Coding small video files into larger one's. That is what you are doing wrong.

You have to take away the aspect ratio in vegas and make your videos HD. Or no one will watch your videos.

I would just suggest you to save your money until you can afford a PVR, I got mine around a year ago, and it was well worth the money!
