Hey guys I am having a problem when I am trying to invite a person to a party or game and it won't let me send them any messages nor will it let me join their party. Can someone tell me a solution to this problem?

You cant do anything about it, anonymous hacked the servers making everything crash, its going to be slow for a while till its all fully cleared.
