You are correct. Before you continue reading, this is not in anyway promoting another site!! James posted on Se7enSins, that someone was "releasing" a rat of his program. When you download the program and open it, it opens a background file and does not really run any kind of program. If you have CMD, then the rat can access all files. If you are like me and have removed CMD, then you can open this program with no problem:)

It is my belief that this file is safe because i downloaded the ratted program and my antivirus deleted it but this is safe according to my antivirus(Malware bytes pro).

This updated tool was released by james himself, so i can assure you this has not rat

I can confirm this isn't a rat. I have just downloaded the program and it has opened.
