Just installed LEDs on 360 and upgraded the fan to a LED fan. the fan i got was 3 pin so it couldnt connect to the 360 directly like the original fan, so instead, i found a USB cable and cut it open, joined red from the fan with red from the usb cable and the same with the black. then connected the usb end to a port on the 360 and viola Pretty much bypassed the 4 pin connector with a 3 pin
