It's hard to recommend any 2GB 7850s because of the price of the 7870 and it's also impossible to recommend a 7870 because of the price of the 7870 LE.

This will perform considerably better than both cards you linked. In this case, it's worth it to get the faster Tahiti architecture instead of a better cooler.
