Requirements :
Must be American, would be even better if you were east coast.
Over 16. No squeakers
Have good callouts
Play for the win. Stats mean nothing in comp, (Idc how high your spm or kd is)
Online a good bit to scrim and practice.
Possibly travel for LAN events
Teamwork and good communication
May seem picky but you have to be to make a strong team. Message on here or Xbox if you want to run scrims a few games and post your role/play style!
