If you have the money: Yes but as a CF or CAM although Santi,Mata and Silva are cheaper and almost just the same as Rooney

When i had him he scored and played well but i didn't feel any difference in longshots with someone like Santi

I hated Rooney, he was always playing defense and was slow to make it up the field, and his shots werent even that great, always saved or going over the bar
