Definitely has to be Orianna. I guess the reason I love playing her is because of her skill level you need to play her. She isn't noobie at all, considering she is one of the most challenging players in LoL. For me she has all the utilities to escape, lots of AoE, and a hard ult that can wreak havoc on the other team. Plus the other team can't complain about her because of the skill leavel. Peace yo

EDIT: what I normally build on her is Rod of Ages, Rabadon's Deathcap, Deathfire Grasp, Morellinomicon, and Void Staff. Plus Sorcerers Shoes with Furor upgrade. Unstoppable.
