Sometimes when I place a disc in the tray I get "Open Tray" So I rapidly press the "A" Buttons tons of times in till it reads but sometimes It just keeps coming up as open tray? And am worried what is wrong with it? Bad drive? or just a old xbox?

you have the open tray error, you have to open your drive and fix it.

Do you have any idea how to do that? maybe a tut on youtube?
