You can only get the MVC badge by commenting 1,000 times on the news articles which are located on the front of the TTG home page.

On your top left side of your PC screen you see the TTG logo, under it you see the home tab, select the home tab to go to the TTG home page.

No, you have to get your 1,000 comments on the News tab.
You can find the most current news on the Home tab or you can see older news by viewing the News Archives.

No you can not, the only way to achieve that badge is if you have 1,000 comments on the News - Stories_Archive.html , make sure if you wanna achieve this badge post in here, make sure you don't spam. The badge can be revoked if you do so.
