hi im looking for a graphics card for under 140 pounds any suggestions will be very appreciated

The Asus HD 7850 1GB out performs both them, and at 134~ it is a steal.

From your two though they are both so similar depends what games you are looking to play I suppose. I would go GTX 650TI...

i thought 2gb is better than 1 so was just looking a 2gb

At 1080P gaming both are absolutely fine.

You won't see a performance increase in a 2GB card except maybe in crossfire @ 1440P or more.

The 650 Ti is the better card over the 7770 but not as good as the 7850 - I have one.

7770<650 Ti<7850

1GB is enough, unless you're playing at higher resolutions, but then you'll be restricted by the card, because none of them are capable of playing in very high @ 1440p in newer games.
