In or out of America, why does it matter? Torture by our military is torture by our country. Where it occurs shouldn't matter. Torture is torture, and there is nothing to be proud of. It's savage, sickening, and should never occur unless the situation was dire (example: if a bomb was about to obliterate New York.)

You don't know that. They might do it on american grounds. The government isn't going to just jump and say they torture people even if it's being denied i'm sure it happens.

Since our government got thousands of Americans killed because of a lie they started to get into the Vietnam War, I will forever question everything they do. People only hope that the government does it for a reason. Our government could be corrupt to the core, but people are blinded by their patriotism. I know one man was tortured just for doing his job as a reporter. There is no reason behind that. Got to love the unconstitutional NDAA.

I will not dispute that he is alive or not alive, but there is always a chance that he is alive, or dead as perceived by a lot of people. I am pretty convinced he is dead, but I will not dispute anything.
