is that in "megabytes" or "megabits"? if its in mega bits yes very good, i get 20mb/s download on steam and 10mb/s upload on youtube.

Everything is good except average download speed is about 13mb/s but you should be able to livestream.

I think its average. Not really good with this stuff though.
