About an hour ago I dropped my laptop. Since then; it does not boot.

It gets as far as the welcome screen, then sticks for a while. The computer will then go on to startup repair, but never manages to fix anything, and system restore doesn't complete.

The most annoying part is I was fixing my bricked phone, so now I'm left without a phone too.

I'm guessing the internal parts of the laptop have broken; but if someone can give me a fix I'll rep multiple times.

I've had this problem with my laptop quite a few times before, and every time it has been the HDD.

Is there any way I can force the laptop to boot?
I need to access a computer so I can restore my phone.

You will most likely have to go to like Best Buy and buy new HDD. Switch the HDD and let your system repair do its thing, then get your phone back up and running. If it is your HDD, you shouldn't have any problems, but if problems still persist take your computer to a tech shop any where near you. They can most likely figure out what the problem is.

- Hope I've helped.

The thing is, I can't afford a HDD. So if that's the issue, then I'm screwed.

Well I got a deal on a HDD at Best Buy for 70 bucks. If you can try to see if anyone in your family can spare you the money, ask them.
