What do I think? You're spending too much money, well, at least in the wrong places.

Can cut down MOBO to a MSI Z77 G45 and have the same relevant features and save $80.

932 is a dated case and a full tower form factor is simply unneeded. If you want a case that resembles the HAF series, there are multiple other cases that'll do just fine. HAF 912, Zalman Z9, Bitfenix Shinobi, Rosewill Challenger, etc.

16gb's of RAM is presumably more than double what you need, more specifically if this PC will be mainly used for gaming.

Non K CPU so the overclocking is really limited. That's one of the huge factors of the LGA 1155 platform! Switch it over to a 3570K unless you need the hyper-threading that justifies the i7's price.

1000w PSU, ricer one at that. This system can be ran off a QUALITY 600w and have room for a considerable amount of overclocking.

With the money saved, I'd throw in an SSD and upgrade the video card. An after market cooling solution would also be a good idea if you were wanting to overclocking right off the bat!
