Male Juggalo's and Female Juggalette's are simply huge fans of the Insane Clown Posse.
The more devout of them will use their own idioms, slang and, when writing, particular orthography that only other Juggalo/lette's are meant to understand.

I never really got the pooint of them. It always sounded so dumb and stupid, just my opinion

The only artists I listen to that's related to Phycopathic records in anyway is Tech Nine. I mean don't get me wrong I've met a few(like 5) Juggalos that I could get along with, it's just that the majority are scum of society.
