The computer comes with a fairly decent GPU anyway but yes this will work with the computer.
NOTE: I am not sure if the arrangement of the components in the case will effect it though

It will fit, but it won't work with that PSU. You'll want to get a quality 550w unit for any 7950 and you will also have to put up with sub-par cooling performance.

Typically pre-built computers have low wattages and won't even come close to having enough power for that card.

Like root said just buy a better power supply known brands like corsair or kingwin
And get more fans for the pc if you can for better cooling for the Graphics card dont want it to over heat.
