Because your kills aren't legit, they are modded.

U can't really mod this game Online, or custom game u can probly mod offline, but yes your stats had probly been because of doing the sliquifier strategy or any other easy way to get kills from round 1-150

actually, Jtag Devin has a stickies post in Call of Duty Modding Section in which he mods your black ops 1 or 2 zombies stats for $20

last i recall, you need a 100.00 ratio, kills/downs ( you need like 1 million kills )

idk if this helps or not, but when I got my shotgun rank my bank happened to be maxed out...
Your stats are good enough for the shotgun rank, try playing for a consistent high round of at least 30 and you should be good

k/d is a a large factor but its not the only one, there are many other factors, like how consistent you are, and how much you play zombies. Also i believe that most of your other stats count. When i got shotguns i had a 170 k/d, 26% headshot.

im not sure why you dont have shotguns, you should of had them a while back.. try playing online more, and don;t do custom games, do more solo and consistently get to a high round 25+ .
