Earlier today I bought some MP and PayPal took the money out of my debit card account. So I have gone into overdraft by 8.50. Since I'm only 17 and an overdraft wasn't part of my initial contract, do I still have to pay overdraft fees? Can I go to bank tomorrow and just top up my account so I'm not in an overdraft situation?
