I seen a lot of threads about people wanting to game-share with others.
You should know the risk of game-sharing before you do it.
Well first off, game-sharing is not even allowed on this site. So if you are caught trying to game-share on here you will most likely face the consequence and will be dealt with by the staff team. Forums/t=3829902/playstation-gene...-6-12.html
But not only are you taking a risk of getting a warning, suspension, or ban from TheTechGame you are also risking your Playstation Network account and even your Playstation 3 console as well.
I must let you guys know that game-sharing is theft. You are stealing from Sony and the developers/publishers who make and publish the game.
This is the reason why Sony has crack down on the people who game-share.
You are as well breaking SCEA's Terms of Service & Policy by game-sharing.
So you can get ban for game-sharing. It could be an account ban, but most likely a console ban.
Also you are giving your account details to someone else to login. You should never tell someone your email address and password. It should remain secret.
So keep these things in mind.
Only game-share if it is legitimately yours, that you have purchased from the Playstation Store.

Nice post. I was going to make a post soon reminding people of game sharing how it's not allowed. There's so much spamming in this section about it & it's against the rules. Maybe this will be a reminder to some. Most are too stubborn or ignorant.

I'm pretty sure this will not be stickied. It's a nice post, helpful, but gamesharing is against the rules. This could be looked at as encouraging something against the rules.

I didn't necessarily post this to mainly talk about the effects of what would happen if you try to game-share on this site. I did talked about the potential chance of getting warned, suspended, or even ban. It is against the TTG section rules though.
I was aiming more towards how people should stop doing it for the sake of their Playstation Network account and their Playstation 3 console as a whole.
Because they are breaking SCEA's Terms of Service and can get ban instantly. I heard in most cases a console ban from PSN. This is why it shouldn't be taken lightly and people should not game-share.
I posted this thread to inform you guys on why you should not game-share period.
My goal of this thread is not to get a sticky.

I highly doudt you will suffer from a console badn or anything from sony just the possibility of your account being stolen is the biggest problem with gamesharing and really I gamehared with someone on here a long time ago and he attempted to steal my account he changed my password but thankfully I still had access to the email so really just avoid gamesharing with people you dont know I have never heard of anyone getting console/account banned for gamesharing for all sony knows those are your other PS3's lol and I doudt they care.

Need to bump this post, People have a lack of listening even after they got scammed they keep trying to game share....
