If I have a MW2 disc with a circle-scratch, would it be possible for me to download a MW2 disc off the interwebs and move it over to my HDD so it is installed to my HDD? It shouldn't be illegal because I have two copies of the disc circle-scratched and I have to put them in my xbox to play the downloaded copy
