Get into something you can do in your spare time that doesn't require any investment other than time. Such as video editing or 3D model design. You can pirate programs till you can buy them yourself then make enough to upgrade the hardware.

Then I also run game servers for different types of games that produce vast net profits each month that is then reinvested into marketing strategies to improve profits for next month. Then again I am limited to what I can do at age 16.
You earned enough to build this at 16?
