Well everytime i turn on my xbox and try to play a game it says disc is unreadable.. i have to eject the disc tray and put it back in like 3-10 times for the game to finally read. Any idea on what to do? or what this problem may be?

mine has been doing the same thing since the new xbox update so i could be dieing or just problems with the update
