If you hack someones xbox live account, and xbox does a investigation what will most likely happen?? wit purchases made and not made.?

If you hack someone's account on XBox Live you will most likely be banned for life and if you do any harm to the person you could be charged with crimes.

xbox live bans consoles for people stealing accounts they can see your ip and will ban you untill the year 9999
