I need to license plate pictures enhanced. The pictures were taken from a longer distance, and arent clear.

If youre wondering why I need these, I have a police issue and need license plates to have my evidence.

Whoever can enhance these pictures, or even just one, i will rep for a while, maybe even pay if I can.
