[TUT] How to Get Free DLC from the Market Place!Posted:

Hi all!

The sticky for this topic is outdated. So I decided to make my own tutorial!

Things you'll need:
A friend who trusts you with there account that already has the map packs

1. Recover your friends account who has the map packs
2. Sign into your friends account
3. On the dashboard, scroll over to the Settings tab
4. Click on Account
5. Click on License transfer
6. Click on 'A' to transfer console licenses
7. Click on 'A' again to go to your friends download history
8. Find any map pack, game, or game add-on and download it
9 Sign out of your friends account and back into your own account
10. Have fun with your new free stuff!

YOU ***CANNOT*** LICENSE TRANSFER A SEASON PASS OR MEMBERSHIP
YOU ***CAN*** LICENSE TRANSFER GAMES, XBLA GAMES, DLC, AVATAR STUFF

I managed to get Revolution from this AND minecraft xbox 360 edition. As well as Arkham City DLC and avatar clothes my friend has.

We share share both our stuff

so wait, can you get the dlc from someone who has the season pass but not the season pass itself?

why cant i get the resolution pack then?
is it cuz ihave my buddys season pass donwloaded aswelll?
like its on my hd but when i go to play the new maps theyre not there...
should i deleted the season pass? and mabey that will make it work??

as long as they have the DLC then you can get it, if you license transfer a season pass it doesn't give you the DLC free, you must do it with the DLC it self

Thanks man this helped me doing this with a friend since 1 week allready have red dead wih all map packs, counter strike go halo gta
