The game starts and I get a blur screen and I cannot move. WTF is dis shiz?

This happened to me last week, except I was playing search and hit the xbox button so I could invite someone to my party.

No. The countdown began and when it got to 1 my player was frozen. Who the heck would put this in a game?

EDIT: Even when people killed me I still could not move on respawn

Its happened to me 4 times already. It happens when you open someones gamer card from the game.
