Here is the number I found
Phone: +44 845 528 0269 (local rate)
First thing to point out is that they are liars.
0845 is not local rate. We have not had local or national rate in the UK for several years. 0845 calls are premium rate. Ie, you pay over and above the standard fee, unless you have them included in your package.
However, courtesy of saynoto0870.com there is a real number as an alternative.
Try 020 3060 1000 and press `zero` for reception and ask for Customer services.
