I try to install an app from the App Store and it won't install please help me

I'll click free install app and then it'll show the loading circle on the top left and then it'll quit and the the app will act like its installed and say install again and I click it and then it says you've already bought this we will give it to you for the discounted price or something like that and then it still won't install. Please help

Connect it to your iTunes and it should be in your library, you can put it on your phone from there.
